Basic Movements
  1. Step forward into a front stance.  With the forward hand execute a high outer forearm block.  Follow with a high reverse punch.
  2. Step forward into a front stance.  With the forward hand execute a low block. Follow with a high reverse punch.
  3. Step forward into a front stance.  With the forward hand execute an outward outer outer forearm block.  Follow with a high reverse punch.
  4. Step forward into a front stance.  With the forward hand execute an inward inner forearm block.  Follow with a high reverse punch.
  5. Step forward into a back stance, execute twin knifehand guarding block.  Rechamber front hand and execute a punch to the front.
  6. Step forward into a back stance, execute an outward inner forearm block.  Without shifting foot position, execute a midsection reverse punch at a 45° angle.
  7. Step forward into a front stance.  Execute a reinforced inner forearm block.  Follow with a reverse punch.
  8. Step forward into a back stance, simultaneously executing an inward horizontal palm block.  Rechamber front hand and execute a punch to the front.  Pivoting on the front foot, spin backward and execute a spinning backfist strike.
  9. Step forward into a back stance, simultaneously executing a circular backhand strike with the front hand.  Shift front foot into front stance, and execute a reverse ridgehand strike.
  10. Step forward into a back stance and execute a bow wrist block with the front hand.  Follow immediately into skipping front kick with front leg.
  11. Step forward into back stance and execute an upward palm block, without shifting foot position rapidly execute a midsection reverse punch at a 45° angle.  Follow with a no-pump jumping front kick with the rear leg.
  12. Step forward into a front stance and execute a twin outer forearm (Wedging) block, followed rapidly by a front kick with the rear leg.  Put kicking leg down in front into front stance, and execute Jab punch and reverse punch in rapid succession.  Follow immediately with pumping jump front kick, kicking with the front foot.
  13. Step forward into a front stance and execute a horizontal reverse elbow strike to the palm of the lead hand.  Rapidly follow with a backfist using the same hand as the elbow.  Execute a no-pump jumping inward crescent kick.
