About Chay's Tae Kwon Do

Chay's Tae Kwon Do is an exciting martial arts program focusing on character development, physical fitness and practical self-defense.

Through fun, cooperative workouts, we strive to provide students with the skills, energy and confidence to pursue their dreams and to make a useful contribution to the world.

All levels of experience are welcome, including beginning and advanced students. Ages range from 4 to 70 or more years old! Students are grouped according to maturity and skill level.

In addition to Tae Kwon Do, we offer additional programs for those individuals looking for something different. Little Ninjas is an introductory version of Tae Kwon Do for students 4-7 years old. Krav Maga is designed for those students who want to learn simple, effective self-defense and tone up at the same time. The emphasis of Krav Maga is to prepare you for the unexpected with street-smart techniques and realistic scenarios. Cardio Karate is designed for those students who want to burn a lot of calories and tone up in an exciting way. The movements are martial arts based which means you will also learn some self defense while getting a great work out.

Master Chay and his instructors are also available for demonstrations and seminars. Seminar topics include bully prevention, Tae Kwon Do, Krav Maga, and self-defense. Please contact the school for more information about these topics.
