How to Tie Your Belt

One of the first things you need to learn as a student is how to tie your belt properly. Follow the easy steps below and you'll soon have it cracked!

Step1
Locate one end of the belt and take it across the left hand side of your stomach and down your left leg. The length of the belt will be determined by your waist size and experience.

Step 2
Take the longer potion of the belt and wind around your stomach twice. Bring the other free end to the centre with the other end as shown.

Step 3
Make sure that the left end is still tucked under and both ends are brought to the centre of your body. Tuck the right-sided part of the belt underneath the whole of the belt bring it up towards your face. These to parts should still be in the centre and the right hand side one above the left.

Step 4
The part of the belt on top tuck it underneath the left free end and push it through the loop that has formed. Then pull both ends to draw the knot tight.
