THROW FORM: step right (to inside of punch) double knife hand, left hand blocking and grabbing punch, right hand inverted knife hand strike to the side of the neck then moves palm up across the front of the attackers throat and hooks around the back of his head, back step with left leg to parallel attackers foot position, then kneel into samurai position and throw
TAKEDOWN #3:
ATTACKER: back leg round house kick (right leg)
TAKEDOWN: lead with left leg, as attacker kicks drop down taking out the attackers base leg, then counter from the ground with an axe kick, either leg. remember to bring axe kick up to max height before striking downward.

High Green Belt Test

left circular knife hand block to grab, continuing motion, at the 6 o'clock position the right hand meets the rotating hand an grabs the ball of the attackers hand, continuing the motion the back leg steps under the formed "bridge", bend the wrist, arch the arm, how kneel into samurai position and throw in a circular motion holding on to wrist. Counter by kneeling on the of the attackers right triceps, backfist striking abdomen.
TAKEDOWN #4:
ATTACKER: stepping front punch (right hand)
TAKEDOWN: lead with right leg, as attacker punches drop down taking out the attackers legs with a dropping roundhouse, on the ground, grab the attackers right shoulder with your left hand, roll on your hips into him, and counter with a rolling elbow round with your right elbow.

Purple Belt Test

Dynamic circle step counter clockwise, right foot equidistance between attacks feet, left foot backsteps, rolling the elbow over as the attacker falls. Press elbow down, wrist under shoulder.
counter- backfist to abdomen.

High Purple Belt Test

TAKEDOWN: step left (to outside of punch) right hand knifehand blocks wrist then grabs the ball of the attacking hand simultaneously the left hand strikes the kidney with an inverted punch. shuffle step behind the attacker, left hand grabs left shoulder, right hand grabs right shoulder, left foot kicks out the left leg from behind the knee with a pushing inverted kick. right hand holds attacker, left hand reverse punch to head.
